Payment is easiest with your credit card. The Polish Pottery Shoppe accepts VISA and MASTERCARD. We use encryption technology to protect your credit card information. There will be an unbroken key or a closed lock that will appear on the lower right hand corner of your browser when you check out. Credit card payment enables us to pack and ship sooner, there is no wait time for regular mail.

You may also pay with you credit card by secure phone 1.712.330.1704. Personal checks and money orders must be received in 7 days and your order will be shipped when the check/money order clears.

Shipping Information

The Polish Pottery Shoppe delivers to anywhere in the world. We use multiple shippers for overseas destinations. Shipping charges incurred will be charged back to your credit card.

In the United States we use either UPS or USPS. Your shipment will be insured for the value of your purchase. After your payment is received your order will normally be shipped in 5 working days. For orders of $300 and above, shipping in the U.S. is free. Other U.S. orders are billed a flat $10 shipping fee. Shipping for overseas orders will be computed at ship time.

Your business is very important to us. Your pottery will be professionally packed, but if any of your items are broken – STOP - Keep the box and packing material and call us with the tracking number at 1.712.330.1704. You will need to file the claim with UPS on your end, and they will ask to see the actual breakage .

If you are not satisfied with your purchase just send your pottery back to us packed and insured. If your purchase arrives to us in resalable condition we will refund the purchase price not including shipping. The Polish Pottery Shoppe will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returns.
